Community: Family First Gives Back

Family First Dental has been a part of the Tri-Cities for over 25 years. We aren’t only interested in teeth, but are actively involved in giving back to the community. Since 2014 we have contributed over $120,000 in free dentistry and donations to make our community a better place to live and are committed to being actively involved moving into the future.

Free Dental Day

In an effort to serve local individuals and families in need, Family First Dental has set aside a day each year to provide free dental care to the community!

Our “Day of Caring” event is a favorite of our 20+ team members and volunteers.  It’s a pleasure to be able to serve those who otherwise may not be able to afford regular dental care.  Thank you to our wonderful team of volunteers who have made this such a successful event year after year.  Since 2014, your contributions and efforts have allowed Family First to serve over 200 local families in need, donating dental services valued at  just under $100,000!  Thank you so much.  We look forward to another great event next year!

Hike for Hunger

Second Harvest has been serving our community since 1971. Their mission is, “Fighting hunger, feeding hope: Second Harvest brings community resources together to feed people in need through empowerment, education and partnerships.”

On June 17th, 2017 Family First Dental sponsored a Hunger Hike on Badger Mountain to benefit Second Harvest.  Hundreds of people took part in the event either as volunteers or participants.  Due to this great community effort, over $5,000 was raised to benefit families in need.  One dollar can provide up to five meals, which means the event provided enough for over 25,000 meals!  Thank you for your support and participation that can impact the lives of Tri-Cities residents in need!
